We offer you a very comfortable and luxurious south-facing apartment, with a private yard where you can have your meals in the shade of the magnificent plane tree.

On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and a magnificent lounge with TV and video player. The room is air-conditioned. It gets a lot of sunshine from the bay window.
Kitchen equipment is provided and appliances include : dishwasher, whasing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric coffee maker, oven, ironing board and iron.


Stairs

The apartment has just been refurbished with high quality materials to provide you more comfort in a carefully thought-out decor.
The bedroom is upstairs.
